Our team consists of a photographer, an assistant for photography support services, a graphic designer and a transaction coordinator. Together we ensure that your home is properly marketed to obtain a buyer and have a successful closing.
Photography – Our photographer, Randy, will take the photography of your home and capture your upgrades and homes special features. Taking professional photography will allow your home to be showcased on the internet and in listing brochures for buyers to view.
Photography Support Services – Dawn provides the photography support for our group, uploading the photos to MLS, linking the videos, making sure the listing brochures are created and posting out to multiple social media sites. Having Dawn handle these tasks ensures they are done timely and efficiently.
Graphic Designer - Christine assists in creating the marketing material I will use to market your home. Creating the listing brochures and just listed postcards to ensure your home stands out to the consumer.
Transaction Coordinator – Desiree processes all of the daily activities on your home from listing to close and ensures that your listing and sale progress smoothly to a successful closing. Desiree is an integral part of our team’s success. Together we raise the level of your real estate experience and provide the service you deserve.
